Come join me online for ‘Pilates informed’ restorative movement and somatic (body based) practices, with small, digestible pieces of psychological education thrown in where helpful.

Our nervous system is the key player in how we respond to our world, react to triggers, interact within our relationships, and how all other systems in our body function – think immune system, endocrine system, cardiac system, digestive system and more!
We can support our nervous system to better regulate through: sensory input such as sound, vibration, movement, tactile practices, breath work; psychological strategies such as defusion from thoughts and visualisations; practices to increase interoception (sensing internal signals from the body) and proprioception (the awareness of the body in space); and postural work.
